I have decided to join WeightWatchers and make a change. This is not the first time I signed up, I just stopped going.... I will make this my last. It's the best program out there if your looking to change to a healthier life style. Since I had my daughter Ava almost a year ago I have gained some or a lot of weight plus more after her birth. I seen a video tape my husband film of Ava and I playing on the floor and I didn't even realize how much weight I put on. I started feeling bad about my appearance well before my pregnancy and it has gotten worse.
I am sooooo ready to tell you all about this life changing experience. I think we should all have goals set in life so we can become better people in all aspects of our lives. I will post my goals here shortly and I hope you will make some goals for yourself too.
I feel so much better joining WW and I have some friends and family members doing it with me too. I will keep you all updated and if anyone is doing any weight loss plan or has any advise please let me know and I would love to talk.
